We’re looking for a committed, self-motivated, high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us book qualified sales calls for our high-ticket PR services. You’ll be handling inbound leads from our CRM, marketing campaigns, and automations — not cold calling. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects and a key driver of our sales success. This role is perfect for a workaholic go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and wants a long-term opportunity to grow into higher sales roles. - Respond to inbound email leads, CRM prospects, and warm inquiries - Qualify and book high-quality appointments with our closing team - Follow up via phone, email, and automation tools - Keep CRM data clean and organized (GoHighLevel experience is a plus) - Occasionally assist in live client transitions and sales conversations - Learn sales strategy and close deals yourself if you choose to grow into that path - Hit daily/weekly booking goals and contribute directly to company growth - 2+ years in inside sales, BDR, call center, door-to-door, or appointment setting - Strong phone and written communication skills - Self-managed, high-energy, and results-focused - Experience with CRMs and sales tools (GoHighLevel is a plus) - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized - Long-term mindset with the desire to grow inside a company - Most importantly: hungry to win and ready to grind - Must be a native English speaker with strong phone and writing sales skills. - Base salary + commission - Commissions paid for: - Qualified calls booked - Showed appointments - Sales closed by our closers - Sales you close yourself (with training & support) - OTE: $14,000–$25,000+ depending on performance - In-office preferred (St. Petersburg HQ) with flexible hybrid options available - Unlimited PTO - Health, dental, vision, and life insurance - 401k with access to a financial advisor - Gym credits or Calm subscription - Internal promotion opportunities and career pathing - A culture of fun, high-performance, and continuous growth Otter PR isn’t just a top PR firm — it’s a launchpad for ambitious professionals.
