Role Description: Join the front line of support as a Customer Service Representative. As a vital team member, you'll go beyond merely answering calls; you’ll handle vital inquiries, boost sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform basic accounting functions including A/P (Accounts Payable), fixed assets, accruals, or cost accounting functions. Prepare accounts payable checks to be mailed by printing, reviewing for accuracy, submitting for approval, and attaching appropriate documentation. Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements on a monthly basis, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain precise records of all incoming payments. Reconcile any irregularities in receipts. Contact stores as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices. Work collaboratively with other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances. Approve and process customer refunds in company SAP Business One. Work collaboratively with Customer Service Manager to ensure accuracy in refunds and chargebacks. Dispute chargebacks with merchant companies. Monitor daily transaction reports from all stores and reconcile versus Company SAP Business One. Collect financing payments. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills: 8 months to 1 year of experience in accounting related positions. Detail-oriented and analytical. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel & Word.
