Job Description We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will provide strategic HR support to the organization, including recruitment, compliance, and payroll administration. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective HR processes and procedures to support business objectives - Provide guidance and support to employees and contractors on HR-related matters - Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates Payroll and Benefits Administration - Coordinate payroll processing, including managing deductions, inclusions, and compliance - Administer benefits programs, ensuring they meet the needs of employees and align with industry trends - Handle ongoing benefits and compensation updates, including open enrollment communications Compliance and Administration - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations - Manage external correspondence, including employment verifications, child support, unemployment claims, and workers' compensation inquiries Facilities Management - Oversee the maintenance of office facilities, including repairs, maintenance, and upgrades - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and processing of correspondence and packages Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred - 3–5 years of HR experience, including onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits - Hybrid work environment - Opportunities for professional growth and development About Us TalentoHC is a leading provider of talent and organizational solutions dedicated to helping businesses succeed.
