What We Are Seeking We are looking for a passionate detail-oriented individual to play a key role in scaling our marketing efforts. This person will manage Demand Generation execution and tools as a best-in-class service in order to help achieve our pipeline and revenue goals. Your Responsibilities: - Manage daily execution of landing pages, emails, and automated email nurture programs. - Serve as a strategic execution lead on all aspects of marketing automation and email marketing with respects to process design, process execution, data quality, system enhancements, and integrations. - Contribute to the webinar and virtual events program by managing logistics involved in running a successful webinar. - Understand the business campaign process and support marketing programs with list uploads and campaign associations to ensure the proper reporting. - Ad hoc list pulls for marketers to support program development and execution. - Support automations and integrations that support Marketing & Sales full-funnel dashboard. - Assist Integrated Marketers with ABM tool configurations and support as needed. - Dig into data to understand what messages and campaigns are resonating with our prospects and customers and which ones are not. - Support marketing data hygiene projects with data cleanup and analysis. - Support digital marketing programs that map to our key campaigns. Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience with marketing automation (Marketo preferred), Dynamics, ABM tools, emails templates, CMS, etc. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a modern B2B marketing environment utilizing or being familiar with sophisticated Martech tools to execute. - A growth mindset – always making improvements, trying new things, rolling with changes, failing fast, and a can-do attitude. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and other business tools (Teams, GoToWebinar,etc) - Strong attention to detail for precise execution and data analysis. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - 3+ years experience in Marketing Automation/Operations.
