Job Title: Engineering Operations Manager We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our engineering operations team. - Develop and implement technical strategies for maintenance activities across various gas turbine projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Sales, Project Managers, and Field Services, to ensure seamless execution of projects. - Oversee the planning and execution of outages, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Define technical scope, schedule, activity breakdown, and resources for outages. - Engage with stakeholders to accurately capture and define technical requirements. - Support turbine service projects in both the open market and under long-term agreements. - Regularly report progress to senior management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or a related field. - Minimum 7 years of experience as a mechanical field service engineer or Technical Project Manager in the power or oil & gas sectors. - Solid technical knowledge of turbines and power plants. - Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency in English at a working level. - Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, schedules, and priorities.
