The Sales Engineer is a team member using extensive technical knowledge during the Sales Process, presenting products to clients, answering technical questions, and gathering requirements that lay ground for effective solution implementations. **Responsibilities**: - Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and workshops with prospects to identify use cases and business pains points in or around the contact center environment - Act as strategic consultant to potential clients, leading the demonstration of the company's CCSaaS solutions - Master our company's value proposition, ensuring consistency in messaging the solution’s features and functions - Gather, elicit, and document requirements - translating customer needs and requests into product implementation requirements. - Design specifications or solution proposals - Strategically map company's CCSaaS technology to the client’s pain and underlying business challenges - Actively communicating and partnering with Sales, Engineering, Product Management with respect to customer requirements and needs - Helping prioritize product roadmap based on customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends **Requirements**: - 5+ years of experience in technical sales or solutions engineering experience specific to the contact center industry, with a focus on cloud solutions - General knowledge of structured Databases and SQL - General programming knowledge: Javascript, HTML5 - Technical understanding of cloud technology, including AWS, Azure, hosted, SaaS and CCaaS solutions - Integrity - Fast learner - Self-motivated with initiative and drive to be successful - Problem solving - Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in English and French - Comfortable interfacing with high-level decision-makers at major enterprises. - Solid MS Office experience **What we offer**: - International company with international mindset. - Unique team spirit and informal work environment. - Training opportunities and career growth program. - Work with talented and collaborative coworkers who will support you and help you grow. - Additional perks as part of our culture: parties, team buildings, diverse Fun at Work activities every month.
