As an organisation, we are united through trust as an inclusive and diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What a typical day will look like** Visit prospective companies, define strategies to identify opportunities and needs in order to materialize them and transform them into solutions that Aon can provide to prospective clients in order to reach the budgeted business goals and achieve the results expected by the Corporation. Comply with the New Business budget in the benefits branches (Prepaid Medicine, Personal Accidents, Funeral, ARL, Life, among others) in Bogota. - Analyze and manage priority prospects: - Depurar databases of prospective clients for the company. - Review in the market the opening of new business in the country. - Register the information in the tools defined by the corporation. - Identify the needs of prospective clients that could be met by Aon: - Schedule appointments with potential clients. - Conduct commercial visits to identify the needs of potential clients and ensure that the market is aware of the different services offered by Aon (Value Proposition). - Include business opportunities in the Aon Connet tool. - Transfer the details of the offer and/or needs to the corresponding area. - Present the client with a proposal according to their needs: - Follow up with the Technical Management in charge of the elaboration of the proposal. - Establish that the prospect reaches the profitability margins. - Make a visit to the client to present the proposal. - Follow up with the client to establish the feasibility of the business. - Deliver the proposal presented to the new customer to the Customer Service area: - Fill out the established delivery minutes. - Request and guarantee the reception of all the necessary documents for the issuance of the insurance program (Toba, FCC and annexes). - To expose the needs and the reality of the new client. Follow-up and control of the year's figures **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - Experience: 8 years in commercial roles - Technical Knowledge: (desirable) Benefits Insurance (Prepaid Medicine, Personal Accident, Funeral, ARL, Life, among others). - Studies and/or specialties: Law, Administrative Careers and/or specialization in Insurance. - Languages: Spanish and Advanced English - Technological Tools: Microsoft Office **How we support our colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
