We’re Hiring: Marketing Lead (Bilingual – English/Spanish) Location: Colombia / Hybrid Experience: 4+ years in Marketing Regions you'll support: Colombia & Central America We're looking for someone with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer-centric marketing. What We’re Looking For: - Degree in Marketing or related field - 4+ years of experience in demand planning - Fluent in English and Spanish — Interviews will be conducted with native English speakers Do you have experience in strategic marketing and hands-on execution focused on end customers and distribution channels? What You’ll Do - Key Responsibilities: - Support the development of the annual Business Plan and execute the Marketing Plan focused on both the end user (farriers) and distributors, across on- and offline channels. - Conduct market research to provide insights for improving processes and products, and monitor the competition (including regular market share updates). - Define customer KPIs—both for farriers (including farrier support channels) and distributors (service satisfaction)—in collaboration with regional management. - Develop and track the Marketing budget, based on performance analysis and market dynamics, together with the Finance team. - Strengthen our digital ecosystem and monitor key indicators: website, social media, e-commerce, e-learning, CRM, and more. - Ensure successful implementation of the COE (Center of Excellence) in Colombia, working alongside all Business Unit and regional managers. - Collaborate closely with the local Sales Manager to prioritize key territories and build Trade Marketing plans tailored to each segment. - Lead the local digital agency, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy, conducting brainstorming sessions, and providing constructive feedback. - Work in close partnership with other LATAM Marketing team members, sharing best practices and ideas.
