We are searching for the best talent for Content Hub Operations Sr. Analyst - Cross Country to be in Bogotá-CO/Ciudad de Mexico-MX/São Paulo-BR/Santiago-CL. Purpose: The Content Hub Operations Sr. Analyst will work together with agencies, clients and partners ensuring the processes, flows, systems, data and teams needs are functioning correctly for the Hub operate efficiently and deliver materials on time and with quality. You will be responsible for: - Managing contracts with Hub’s creative agencies ensuring good service, capacity optimization, quality of materials and cost-effectiveness providing visibility to the stakeholders. - Monitoring the tools and systems used, providing support and seeking continuous improvement. - Being the guardian of the Hub's processes and flows, always seeking their optimization and modernization. - Creating, reviewing and sharing guidelines for material production and trainings. - Providing data visibility, updating operational dashboards and generating operational reports. - Identifying technology, process, communication and knwoledge gaps in the operation, seeking for smart and scalable solutions. **Qualifications**: Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. Experience and Skills: - Required: 3-5 years of professional experience in operation management, ideally in within a digital content environment. Previous experience in an agency environment. Experience in capacity planning, performance management and developing guidelines. Expertise in content management systems and tools. Strong analytical and training skills. Good communication and stakeholder management. Time management. Other: Proficiency in Portugues or Spanish, advanced English is required. Position is hybrid, what requires 3x week in the office.
