Why we’re looking for youWe're lookingfor a strategic and people-focused Launch/Onboarding Manager tolead a team of Launch Specialists and drive the success of newrestaurant clients. This role is responsible for building andmentoring a high-performing team, refining and executing onboardingprocesses that maximize early retention, and reducing churn throughdata-driven strategies. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally withSales, Product, and Customer Support to ensure a seamless andconsistent experience for new clients, while continuouslyadvocating for improvements that enhance customer success. Idealcandidates are strong leaders with a passion for processimprovement and a track record of using insights to drivemeasurable outcomes. This is a remote role for candidates based ineither Bogotá, Colombia or Mexico City (CDMX). The impact you willhave - Build, lead, and mentor a team of Launch Specialists,fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. -Provide training, coaching, and performance management to ensurethe team delivers high-quality support. - Set clear team goals,monitor progress, and report on team performance to seniormanagement. - Refine our Onboarding process to support newrestaurants and set them up for success - Build systems to maximizecustomer early retention - Identify key metrics and developstrategies to reduce early churn among new restaurant clients. -Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve the Onboardingprocess. - Work closely with Onboarding, Sales, Product, andCustomer Support teams to ensure seamless transition and consistentmessaging for new clients. - Collaborate with the Product team toidentify and advocate for features that enhance new client success.Who you’ll work with - A team of exceptional Launch Managers -Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams What we’re looking for -Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, accountmanagement, or a similar role, with at least 2 years in aleadership position (managing people) - Strong leadership and teammanagement skills. - Full English fluency - exceptional reading,writing, comprehension and verbal communication skills (C1/C2preferred). - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data fordecision-making. - Proficiency in customer relationship management(CRM) tools and platforms. - Ability to work independently andmanage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Provenexperience in the restaurant tech industry is highly desirable.
