Position Open to applicants in LATAM only. **Responsibilities** - Create leads of sales opportunities for leading companies in the field of technology. - Conduct phone calls to potential customers to identify business opportunities and gather key information. - Meet weekly metrics in phone calling, revenue, and quality. Parameters to be considered: call effectiveness, information gathering whilst documenting it, and product/solution knowledge. - Generate data intelligence from all customers contacted, including those that did not qualify as opportunities. - Manage objections effectively and provide solutions that meet customer needs. - Identify decision makers, provide information on products/services to ultimately make appointments, as part of our demand generation services. - Follow-up with the prospects to ensure the closing of the sale. **Skills**: - Proven track record of achieving sales goals. - Excellent communication and active listening skills. - Proactive and goal-oriented mindset. - Detail oriented and being able to document information accurately. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively. - Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills. - Resilient mindset to handle objections and rejection. - Ambitious professionals that don´t stay in the status-quo. - Strong salesman attitude with a rock-solid hunter mindset. **Minimum Requirements**: - Advanced English level (at least 90%). - Completed university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of proven outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment, or a combination of at least 2 years in outbound sales and maximum of 1 year in inbound sales. Sales experience in the US Market (desirable).
