The Impact You'llMake: - Ensure that Team Members across different projects haveaccess to the support they need to perform successfully on a dailybasis, assisting with any questions, concerns or issues that mayarise. - Make sure all Team Members have the best experience duringtheir full lifecycle by following Parser’s and Clients’ establishedprocesses. - Measure, analyse and manage Team Members’ engagement,working on any actions to take in this matter. - Organizeteam-building activities within teams to foster engagement,collaboration, and a sense of belonging. - Coach and adviseManagers and Team Members on different matters that includepolicies and best practices, performance matters, developmentopportunities among others. - Ensure information is properlymaintained and updated for reporting purposes within our HR system. - Manage daily administrative tasks such as Team Members’timesheets, holidays, licences, billing matters, among others. -Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies. -Ensure the effective compliance, application, and implementation ofthe company's annual hygiene and safety plan. - Manage onboarding,induction, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experiencefor new hires. - Identify and manage possible process improvementsalong the way and follow up accordingly. - Act as point of contactfor different Stakeholders and Team Members. What You'll Bring ToUs: - +3 years of HR experience as HRBP or similar positions. -Generalist knowledge: Employee Relations, Health & security,Growth & Development - Bachelor’s degree in HR, BusinessAdministration or related studies. - Dynamic and flexiblepersonality to be part of a fast-paced work environment. - Opennessto feedback and ability to analyse metrics to determine requiredshifts for success and Team Members’ engagement. - Proven abilityto manage high volume of requests from various Stakeholders withinthe Company. - Ability to stay organised and handle competingpriorities. - Determined with a taste for finding a way aroundobstacles. - Strong communication skills, able to set and maintainexpectations. - A team player with out-of-the-box thinking and astrategic mindset. - Tech-savvy. - Approachable, empathic, and agood listener. - Fluent in English and Spanish.
