Our clients are based in the US, UK, AU, and other English-speaking markets. We’re hiring a Performance Creative Strategist — someone who understands buying psychology, knows how to write ads that convert, and can translate product insights into strong creative direction. This is not a brand or visual design role. This is about performance: developing ad concepts, writing direct response copy, and working closely with media buyers and designers to deliver creative that actually sells. What you’ll be doing: - Researching the product, audience, reviews, and competitors - Writing ad angles, hooks, headlines, and short-form copy for Meta - Creating clear briefs with messaging direction and visual references - Reviewing creatives, giving feedback, and iterating based on performance - Keeping up with Meta trends, formats, and what’s working in the feed What we’re looking for: - Strong direct response copywriting background (especially for eCommerce) - Deep understanding of buying psychology and persuasive messaging - Strategic thinker — you know why ads work (or don’t), and how to fix them - Comfortable working independently and collaborating across teams - Strong written English and attention to detail Nice to have: - Experience with Canva or Photoshop (for references or mockups) - Familiarity with ClickUp, Notion, Slack, or similar tools - Previous work in a creative or performance marketing team - Freelance or part-time to start, with potential to grow - Fully remote, async-friendly, flexible hours - You’ll collaborate closely with our designers and media buyers across several client accounts To apply: Click on the application form link at the bottom of the Notion page.
