Job Description: As a Fragrance Development Specialist, you will work closely with our perfumers to create unique and enticing fragrances that capture the hearts of consumers. Your primary responsibilities will be to evaluate projects for Home and Fabric care categories and manage fragrance development. - Evaluate fragrance concepts to meet customer needs and preferences. - Collaborate directly with Perfumers to develop fragrance themes and prototypes. Required Skills & Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: - A degree in a related field such as perfume science or a related discipline. - At least 5 years' experience in fragrance development within the industry, specifically in Home & Fabric Care categories. - Strong olfactory skills and evaluation/application research methodologies. - Experience in fragrance creation, CMI testing protocols, and regulatory guidelines for the Andean market. - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
