We have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team in Colombia . The team supports Marsh McLennan’s LAC businesses and is part of a global network of recruiting professionals. What can you expect? Implement and oversee the talent acquisition strategy as part of the Talent Acquisition PMO, ensuring timely execution across the enterprise Enjoy a hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, fostering collaboration Competitive benefits package Responsibilities: Develop and manage the talent acquisition project roadmap aligned with HR strategies Collaborate with business leaders and HR to identify talent needs and craft solutions Establish and monitor performance metrics for talent acquisition processes Facilitate communication among teams involved in talent acquisition Identify and mitigate risks in talent acquisition projects Report project progress regularly to senior management Promote best practices in project management within the team Maintain a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and improve HR practices Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in talent acquisition Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Experience in complex, international environments Ability to work independently and within virtual teams under tight deadlines Effective communication skills in English and Spanish Knowledge of recruitment best practices Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and RPA is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
