Responsibilities Assist the company with back-end infrastructure based on Kaseya Tools. Roll out Dark Web, Rocket Cyber, BullPhish, SaaS Alerts, rapid fire tools, vPen Test, among others. Experience not required; training will be provided. Install, configure, and maintain Office 365, Google Workspace, or Amazon AWS products. Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and other servers. Manage programming languages required for the installed services at a medium/high level. Analyze and compare different IT services to select the best options for clients. Create scripts to modernize and automate background processes and procedures. Develop training materials for in-house staff and clients. Optimize and scale purchased hardware and software. Install, configure, and maintain email and DNS services, among others. Install, configure, and maintain antivirus, firewall, and VPN software such as Cisco Meraki, Sophos, SentinelOne, Datto EDR, Todyl, among others. Install, configure, and maintain remote connection software like ConnectWise, Datto, etc. Manage backup and virtualization platforms such as Datto, VEEAM, MSP360, NinjaOne, etc. Generate troubleshooting documentation and manage software platforms like ITGlue. Provide excellent customer service. Install, configure, and maintain ticketing systems such as Kaseya BMS. Requirements Access to top-tier technical resources for troubleshooting and development. Experience with administration of Office365, Google Workspace, or AWS. Troubleshooting skills for Windows, Linux, macOS, Windows Server, among others. Remote software installation and management expertise. Experience in local network administration and IP addressing. Strong customer service skills, ticket management, and documentation creation. Management of email filters, DNS, and IT security tools. Experience with backup, firewall, and virtualization software administration. Advanced server and cloud services administration skills. Programming skills to automate tasks. Experience with server and cloud service installation and maintenance. Familiarity with various network administration software. Continuous evaluation of how to optimize and improve client applications. Relevant experience and certifications for offered services. Ability to identify and present sales opportunities. Understanding of Kaseya products is a plus but not required. Schedule Monday through Friday, up to 20 hours per week, 8 am to 5 pm Arizona Time (GMT -7). Benefits Competitive pay in US Dollars.
