The logistics analyst will carry out the logistics operations concerning Colombia such as reception, storage, dispatch, and handling of inventories of the company in the Sites of the country. Actions: - Enlist and dispatch the different assets according to the requirements of the Globers and/or areas - Logically and orderly store the assets assigned to each site - Custody of the inventory of the assets on the sites - Coordinate and track shipments with the carriers assigned to the logistics operation - Update databases according to inventory movements - Report news to the logistics leader - Manage and solve promptly the requirements and news reported by the areas and/or globers. - Periodically submit operation reports - Analyze data to identify problem areas and suggest improvements - Interact effectively with the different areas related to the operation Skills - Teamwork - Assertive communication - Logical thinking - Organization - Attention to detail - Focus on tasks - Understanding customer needs - Service orientation Generic staff - Study level: Preferably professional in Industrial Engineering or related, related Logistics - One year of experience preferably in CEDIS, logistics operators, or supply chains. - Retail. - Office management with emphasis on Excel - Preferably knowledge of WMS and Ticketing Systems.
