WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You will be part of the amazingNike Logistics Team, reporting to our Warehouse Manager and closelycollaborating with local teams: Inbound, Finance, Transportation,IFP, Tech and Geo teams such as Sustainability and Operations. Youwill be strategically working with our 3PL operations team on site,with a continuous improvement mindset. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Weare looking for a proactive and team leader professional withcontinuous improvement mindset. - Bachelor’s degree in logistics,industrial engineering or similar. - 3 to 5 years’ experience insupply chain or logistics. - Understands of Supply Chain areas suchas Processing, Shipping, Returns, Claims and supplies management. -Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools. - Advanced English, (able tostablish business conversation, manage topics & executedeliverables) WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON As an Operations Analyst you willbe aligning and improving operational processes and strategies toachieve our targets and KPI’s and maintain the efficiency in ourprocess flow. - You will be monitoring and optimizing dailycapacity process, productivity and product flow aligned to our 3PLteam. - Measuring contractual KPI's to achieve and maintainoperational control. - You will be working along our 3PLEngineering team on current and future projects and providingtracking of the savings to our Logistics finance team. - OurSupplies Forecast tracking will be part of your scope, by providingvisibility and coordinating all the supplies flow. - You will beensuring continuous improvement in process and deviations. -Working in projects and driving best practices implementation withour Sustainability Team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Analyst
