Lead development and execution of Neurology Customer Plans. Achieve Revenues and SOM Targets. Coach and develop Marketers, ensure alignment with IBU Customer Plans, replication of best practices. Review Results with Colombia, Regional and IBU Lead teams, take necessary measures to close the gaps. Ensure all activities are fully complied with local regulations and SOP. Establish and maintain relationship with TLs. - Drive Neurology Revenue and SOM growth in Colombia - Lead the Customer Planning process - Work closely with Sales Team, Medical, PRA and other to ensure strong Customer Plan execution in Colombia. - Lead LRA and launch plans for brands. Successfully launch new indications, brands. - Drive Next Generation Customer Engagement agenda with close collaboration with MCE team - Collaborate closely with Medical, PRA, finance to obtain pricing and reimbursement for core brands - Establish and maintain close relationships with Opinion Leaders - Review, report on Performance to Colombia Lead Team, take appropriate actions to improve performance - Recruit, coach and develop Marketing talent - Ensure all Programs and activities are fully complied with Internal and External regulations, SOP, laws - Create a culture of accountability, passion for results, and efficient use of resources - Support developing of marketing capabilities - Close partnership with IBU, Global & Regional Teams on strategy adjustments, tactics/material development, speaker training - Basic Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree - Business level English - A minimum of 6 years of recent Commercial Experience with a proven track record of planning and delivering marketing programs and achieving results - Experience working in Immunology or Pain Brands - Experience coaching people for results - Proven track record leading Commercial teams - Ability and passion to operate in a complex multicultural environment - Proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and achieving excellent results - A Passion for engaging with thought leaders in a highly specialist environment - Additional Skills / Preferences: - MBA or other related graduate-level degree preferred - Customer Plans.
