After the training period, you will complete the following tasks in autonomy and with the support of your Manager: Coordination of the recruitment process: - Help of the definition of the recruitment needs related to the knowledge of the targeted population. - Responsible for the recruitment needs. - Pre-Selection and interviews through phone call/event/video call, etc. - Headhunting - Direct approach and promotion of Mantu Group professional experiences on job boards & social medias. - Active participation in recruitment meetings. - Weekly reporting and BI report to analyze your activity. - Part of the onboarding of the consultants. Innovation, Campus & Employer branding: - Campus Relationship, Handling relationship with top University of your area. - Employer branding strategy definition. - Benchmark of recruitment processes. - Analyzes of tendencies/behaviors of the targeted population. - Improving external recruitment contents on a specific target. We are looking for key people in our team to help us improve the entire process of recruitment with innovative ideas and concepts. **Ideal Profile** - You have a Degree in Psychology, Languages, Management, Engineering or similar. - You have at least one year in recruitment or business development, and you are interested in the Business world via the recruitment approach. - You are curious, with a proactive mindset. - You speak Spanish and English fluently. French is a plus. - An entrepreneurial spirit and business development mindset would be appreciated to create and maintain qualitative relationships with your different points of contact. - You are service-oriented and have great communication skills.
