Manages delivery teams designing high value services solutions that solve complex business problems, address articulated requirements and create efficiencies for clients. Implements services solutions from project inception through client acceptance. Achieves client satisfaction and meets contractual obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs and timeframes. Builds effective relationships with clients, delivery and other services team members, and third party implementation partners to establish a high performing team environment. Such activities may include the following as well as other duties as assigned: **What You'll Do**: - Manages delivery-related Practice activities for services solutions engagements and implementations in a Region Ensures the achievement of Regional Practice delivery performance measurements and objectives, revenue targets, and other key financial and operational metrics. - Ensures all delivery teams achieve established performance targets and billable utilization objectives. - Efficiently and cost effectively manages delivery team members, alliance partners, and subcontractors - Authors or approves all SOWs and projected financial outcomes - Ensures appropriate margin targets are established, project scope is well defined, and project risk is acceptable - Cultivates the Practice reputation as a leading edge provider of services solutions Implements best practices and process improvements to increase services capability, revenue and profitability - Contributes to the Regional Practice strategy development, shaping future offerings, developing and refining methodologies, developing best practices, providing thought leadership and sharing knowledge - Articulates Practice value propositions. - Assists in maintaining Practice qualification criteria. - Provides input to pricing models to assist in competitively positioning offerings. - Collaborates with sales teams in closing services engagements **What We're Looking For**: - Manages experienced, professional employees and/or supervisors; or manages large, complex technical or business support teams. - Accountable for the performance and results of a work group or department. - Interprets and administers policies, processes and procedures that affect subordinate employees and the workflow of the work unit. - Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. - Contributes to budget development and performance standards of department and subordinate employees. - Assignments are defined in the form of objectives. - Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, business plans and independent judgment. Interacts with subordinates supervisors, customers/clients, functional peer group managers and occasionally upper management. Participates and presents at meetings with internal and external representatives. - Decisions have impact on work processes and outcomes.
