About the role: Manage one or more food and beverage services in the restaurants, ensuring a consistent experience aligned with the establishment's concept. Guide guests and clients in understanding the concept and products, always aiming to fully satisfy their expectations. Foster a work environment that upholds FS standards, creating memorable experiences for both clients and team members. Support the manager in achieving objectives related to quality, financial results, hygiene, training, and work environment according to Four Seasons guidelines. Responsibilities: Ensure the established service sequence according to FS standards during service. Control food pass timings, ensuring communication between service and kitchen, and timely deliveries. Act as the main contact for guests, manage complaints, and resolve issues. Manage schedules and shift assignments. Oversee inventories and orders. Conduct daily briefings and training sessions. Qualifications: Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields, or equivalent experience of 10 years. Certification in Mixology or Enology (desirable). Advanced level of English. Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-quality restaurant service as a supervisor or 2 years as an assistant general manager in high-demand environments with premium meats and wines. Experience implementing service standards such as Forbes or LQA (desirable).
