Regional Export Hub Coordinator This is an entry-level role in our Global Logistics team where you will support and optimize key logistics operations—transportation, customs, warehousing, and third-party management—ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service excellence across the supply chain. Main Responsibilities: - Coordinate daily logistics activities with external partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth movement of goods from suppliers to distribution centers and customers. - Monitor key performance indicators (such as on‑time delivery, stock accuracy, and cost trends) and prepare clear, data‑driven reports for continuous improvement. - Supervise transportation and customs processes, verifying that all shipments meet local regulations and Good Distribution Practice standards. - Oversee warehouse operations, including stock counts, returns, and damage resolution, while maintaining accurate inventory records. - Build strong relationships with carriers, warehouses, and service providers, negotiating service levels and identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality. - Support audits and quality inspections by maintaining complete, compliant documentation and promptly addressing any findings. - Lead or contribute to process-improvement initiatives, gathering feedback, analyzing root causes, and implementing practical solutions that enhance efficiency and service. About You: - Experience: Hands-on experience in logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, or customs coordination. - Familiarity with supplier or third-party logistics management in dynamic or regulated environments. - Soft and technical skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Comfortable using logistics or supply chain management systems, and interpreting data to support decision-making. - Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. - Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish required for business communication.
