We're seeking a high-performing Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own full campaign life cycles and consistently seek ways to grow spend efficiently while maintaining strong margins. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Google Ads ecosystem, technical mastery, analytical problem-solving skills, and collaboration and influence abilities. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of pacing, reporting, and performance for all assigned Google Ads campaigns across channels, ensuring campaigns meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals - Source and manage creative assets, including ad copy and creative materials, for campaigns and maintain an organized asset library for future use - Plan, launch, and optimize new campaigns with thoughtful strategy and clear measurable objectives, including targeting, bidding, and creative experimentation - Monitor campaign health, performing routine optimizations to drive higher CTR, reduce CPA, and increase ROAS Requirements: - 4+ years of hands-on experience planning, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube) - Proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and meet ROAS and revenue KPIs independently - Strong analytical skills with experience using Looker, Tableau, or equivalent, plus Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups) - Ability to write compelling ad copy and partner on creative asset development - Exceptional collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams About Us: We're a digital media company committed to having a diverse, inclusive team and culture.
