In this role, you will: - ** Enterprise Architecture Alignment**: Develop supply chain technology strategies that align with Kimberly-Clark’s enterprise architecture standards and long-term business objectives. - ** Solution Design & Innovation**: Architect and design scalable, high-performance supply chain solutions that integrate with ERP (SAP S/4HANA), warehouse management, transportation management, and manufacturing execution systems. - ** Digital Transformation Leadership**: Drive the adoption of cloud, IoT, and AI/ML to enhance visibility, automation, and predictive analytics across the supply chain. - ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with business stakeholders, IT leaders, and external vendors to define requirements, evaluate solutions, and ensure successful implementation. - ** Data & Analytics Enablement**: Ensure that supply chain architecture supports advanced analytics, real-time data processing, and end-to-end visibility. - ** Scalability & Security**: Design architectures that are secure, compliant, and scalable to support global supply chain operations and future business growth. - ** Technology Governance**: Establish best practices, design patterns, and architecture standards to drive consistency and efficiency across technology solutions. - ** Operational Resilience**: Ensure supply chain systems are designed for high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity. - Guide, mentor and help to build the skill and experience of enterprise and solution architects and engineers. - Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and solutions. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications: **Who you are?** - ** Supply Chain Systems Knowledge**: Experience with ERP (SAP S/4HANA), WMS, TMS, MES, and procurement platforms. - ** Cloud & Emerging Technologies**: Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures. - ** Data-Driven Decision Making**: Familiarity with data lakes, analytics platforms, AI/ML models for supply chain optimization. - ** Business Acumen**: Understanding of supply chain operations, demand planning, logistics, and procurement best practices. - ** Stakeholder Management**: Ability to communicate technical concepts to business leaders and influence strategic decision-making. - ** Agile & DevOps Methodologies**: Experience in Agile delivery, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. - ** Influencing skills**: Able to motivate others and obtain buy-in across all levels of the organization - ** Role can be based out of Latin America or India but must maintain US business hours**: - ** PLEASE ATTACHED YOUR CV IN ENGLISH** **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in SAFe Agile Architecture - Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or retail industries. - Certifications in Enterprise Architecture (TOGAF), Cloud (AWS/Azure), or Supply Chain (APICS, SCOR). - Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in supply chain solutions. - Experience i
