What You’ll Do - Clarify and communicate the vision withCEO - Sell the why behind every policy change and cultural shift -Help the company operate smoother than it should at this size -Translate strategy into projects, timelines, and accountability -Lead rollouts (benefits, onboarding, internal playbooks, reportingsystems) - Identify and fix broken workflows without waiting fordirection What You’ll Deliver - Build a 90-day onboarding to makeevery new hire feel like they’ve joined something bigger than ajob, and giving them a roadmap to thrive - Create interactivecontent to bring clarity, consistency, and culture to life -Represent WYN as a recruiter and mentor, making our mission feelreal by helping grow careers they didn’t think were possible WhatYou’ll Need - 5+ years leading teams of 50–100+ in fast-movingcompanies - Experience in staffing, creative, or digital marketingenvironments - Startup or scale-up experience, preferablysupporting a founder or CEO - Fluent in English & Spanish, withstrong cross-cultural communication skills - A confident, concisecommunicator — in-person, in Slack, and on video - You move fast,fix what’s broken, and don’t wait for permission to lead BonusPoints - Track record of performance and content creation inrecruiting - Familiar with contractor dynamics in Colombia and US -Experience coaching a founder through scale First 90 Days - Buildand deliver a weekly roadmap from the CEO’s top 3 priorities - Owninternal communications across the team - Fix at least 3 brokenworkflows and coach 2 team leads to better performance - Run yourfirst initiative (e.g. onboarding, benefits rollout, weekly meetingstructure) - Build trust by explaining not just the what, but thewhy behind how WYN operates Seniority level Director Employmenttype Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Staffing andRecruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
