The Role The Finance Business Partner Team plays a pivotal role in DiDi's strategic decision-making by acting as an advisor to the business across the Spanish-speaking LATAM (SSL) region. Working closely with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), the team bridges finance and operations, turning data into actionable insights that drive performance and growth. The team ensures financial discipline while optimizing resource allocation, investment decisions, and mid/long-term strategy. Key responsibilities include: - P&L; management - Drive financial performance through detailed analysis, forecasting, and optimization of revenue streams and cost structures while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Lead performance management - Develop and monitor KPIs, analyze business unit results vs targets, and implement corrective actions in partnership with operational teams. - Conduct comprehensive financial analysis - Consolidate regional results, perform variance analysis, and deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency. - Partner with FP&A; - Align financial and operational reporting to enhance performance tracking and decision-making across the region. - Manage risk and opportunities - Analyze macroeconomic trends and market conditions to advise on P&L; impacts and growth strategies. - Drive strategic financial planning - Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to optimize resource allocation and business performance. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering. - 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance, with an emphasis on operational and business performance analysis. - Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. - Experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting; Python knowledge is a plus. - Proficient English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with international stakeholders. - A collaborative team player with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a high-performing team. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate data, actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
