Find a job you'll love today Qualifications - Bachelor's degree as CPA, master's in finance business administration preferable - Minimum 7 years preferable in a big four firm Finance, Accounting, taxes and reporting, planning and analysis - Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role (typically 7+ years) - Advance English Level C1 Responsibilities - Develop and manage the company's annual budget and financial forecasts. - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial operations to ensure optimal financial performance. - Lead internal financial audits and coordinate with external auditors. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. - Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. - Supervise the finance team and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. - Collaborate with department heads to support budgeting and financial planning initiatives. - Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures. - Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
