Order Management Senior Analyst The Order Management Senior Analyst role is a crucial part of our organization's growth strategy, focusing on the Order to Cash service line. - Monitor order validation exceptions to ensure accuracy and processability, and resolve any issues that may arise. - Block orders for delivery or billing when necessary and follow up to remove blocks once issues are resolved, liaising with stakeholders. - Monitor blocked orders, perform modifications upon stakeholder requests, identify reasons, and document changes. - Coordinate with responsible teams to ensure proper stock allocation, manage exceptions, reschedule backorders, and investigate mitigation strategies to limit stockouts. - Ensure timely deliveries and invoicing, providing necessary shipment documentation. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of order processing as directed by the Manager or Global Process Lead. About the Role - Experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Service, or Order to Cash roles is required. - Strong communication, teamwork, SAP, and Excel proficiency are essential skills. - Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
