Job Description: * DUTIES AND **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Serves as the institutional liaison between the “Observatorio de Drogas de Colombia” (ODC), Government of Colombia (GOC) institutions, and other internal and external official entities. - In alignment with Ministry of Justice and Law guidelines, monitors, compiles, consolidates, and updates data related to the Colombian drug policy action plan. - Manages, identifies, coordinates, collects, transfers, and disseminates ODC information through reports to internal and external official entities. Manages workflow and responds to ODC directives. - Updates impact and outcome indicators in support of counter-drug policy efforts and develops plans and strategies for data collection and analysis - Identifies narcotics trends and generates progress reports for the Ministry of Justice and Law and National Narcotics Council. - Assists in developing inter-institutional agreement requirements and information exchanges in support of the ODC. Serves as a point of contact for national and departmental institutions. **Job Requirements**: **MINIMUM **QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION**: - Bachelor’s degree **LANGUAGE **LEVEL**: - Spanish: Level 4 - English: Level 2 **EXPERIENCE**: - Minimum three years of experience in the field of information management and communications. - Previous experience working with GOC institutions on issues related to drug policy. - Experience coordinating, collecting, validating, reporting, and/or communicating official drug policy information. - Minimum one year of experience in operation and research management. **KNOWLEDGE** OF: * **ABILITY **TO**: - Communicate well and cooperate with multidisciplinary teams. Provide high standards of customer service. - Perform analytical and problem-solving tasks. Maintain attention to detail. - Maintain good interpersonal relations. - Produce concise and clear written products. **SKILLS **IN**: - Working under mínimal supervision. - Maintaining effective and close working relations with Colombian and U.S. counterparts. Presenting data through visual, print, and electronic means. - Establishing and maintaining contacts with a broad range of governmental and nongovernmental institutions. **PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE JOB AND WORKING **ENVIRONMENT**: - Job holder may be required to work in the Ministry of Justice - “Observatorio de Drogas de Colombia” (ODC) or other GOC installation.
