Main Responsibilities Develop and implement workplace operations and experience strategies, promoting safe work environments, efficiency in building maintenance, cleaning, transportation, and food services, ensuring business needs are met. Lead and implement workplace strategies that enhance productivity, well-being, and collaboration across the 1 UL region (Andean countries, Central America, Caribbean, and Bolivia). Develop and oversee regional workplace standards, aligning with global strategies. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, oversee performance, and ensure cost efficiency. Ensure operational excellence, financial efficiency, and outstanding user experience by managing outsourced teams in cleaning, gardening, catering, transportation, employee store, building maintenance, workplace projects, and administrative services. Ensure facilities comply with standards and regulations across all locations. Lead space planning, utilization, and office design to meet changing business needs. Manage office moves, expansions, and layout changes with minimal disruption. Ensure workspace meets operational needs and fosters a positive organizational culture through project execution, space management, and renovations. Develop sustainability programs to reduce environmental impact (energy efficiency, waste reduction). Manage the workplace budget, including CAPEX and OPEX, controlling costs and monitoring performance indicators for financial sustainability. Implement continuous improvements and policies related to infrastructure and services, ensuring compliance with norms and standards. Plan, forecast, and manage the regional workplace services budget. Experiences & Qualifications What You Will Need to Succeed Higher education in administration, engineering, or related fields. At least 7 years of experience in facilities or services management across multiple sites. Advanced English proficiency. Excellent customer service attitude. Knowledge of standards and regulations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Leadership and team management skills. Interested?
