The Position We are seeking a Client Partner to join our sales team. In this role, you will drive our go-to-market strategy, sales, and business development activities. Your Responsibilities - Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our tech services, focusing on both current and prospective clients. - Be responsible for achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your portfolio of strategic accounts. - Strategically manage and advance customer relations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, retention, and identifying upselling opportunities. - Promote our full range of services within the client's organization, ensuring they are aware of the value we can provide. - Collaborate with the Staffing and Recruiting teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently. What We're Looking For - 3+ years of professional experience in sales. - 2+ years of sales experience in the software consulting, IT staffing, or IT recruiting industry. - Proficiency with CRM practices, with experience in Hubspot as a preferred tool.
