STRATEGIC OPPORTUNITY Join Arches’ executive leadership team as weestablish our Americas hub in Bogota. This pivotal role goes beyondtraditional account management to encompass business development,operational leadership, and strategic growth planning. As one ofthe founding leaders of our Colombia office, you’ll help shape ourregional strategy and position yourself for executive advancementas we expand throughout the Americas. LEADERSHIP MANDATE As afounding leader in our Bogota office, you’ll: - Help establish andshape our Americas regional strategy. - Build and develophigh-performing client service and operations teams. - Drive ourexpansion and growth throughout the region. - Contribute toexecutive decision-making for our global operations. - Positionyourself for C-suite opportunities as we scale. KEYRESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Account Growth Development (40%) -Develop and execute account growth strategies for key US clients. -Lead complex, high-value expert engagements that drive clientsuccess. - Identify expansion opportunities within existing clientorganizations. - Build deep, consultative relationships withdecision-makers. Business Development & Revenue Generation(40%) - Own late-stage business development processes for newclient acquisition. - Drive contract negotiations and navigatecomplex compliance requirements. - Develop strategic proposals forenterprise clients. - Convert qualified opportunities into activeclient relationships. - Collaborate with global leadership onrevenue targets and growth initiatives. Operational Leadership& Team Building (20%) - Build, mentor and develop ourmulticultural Bogota team. - Establish operational excellencestandards for the Americas region. - Implement scalable processesadapted from our global best practices. - Participate in strategicplanning with executive leadership. - Foster our entrepreneurialculture within the new office. - Drive performance management andprofessional development initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSRequired Experience - 3+ years of progressive experience in expertnetworks, with at least 2 years in senior client-facing roles. -Proven track record growing strategic accounts with US consultingand financial services clients. - Experience closing complexenterprise deals and managing sales processes. - Background inbuilding and leading high-performing teams. - Native or bilingualproficiency in English. - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. -Working location: Bogota. Preferred Qualifications - Experiencelaunching or scaling operations in new markets. - Background inmanagement consulting or investment banking. - Track record ofP&L; responsibility or business unit leadership. - Internationalwork experience, particularly in Latin America. - MBA or advanceddegree. - Spanish language proficiency (not required butadvantageous). - Strategic vision coupled with executionexcellence. - Consultative relationship-building at senior levels. - Business acumen and commercial instinct. - Team leadership andtalent development capabilities. - Entrepreneurial mindset andcomfort with ambiguity. - Ability to influence without authority ina matrix organization.
