Responsibilities1. Prevent bugs and rework by setting quality expectations withdevelopers, analyzing and clarifying requirements, and preparingtest cases to drive confirmatory testing. Collaborate withdevelopers to ensure efficient delivery of working software. 2.Discover issues beyond confirmatory testing through exploratorytesting, prioritizing product areas based on risks. 3. Performmanual regression testing of product releases, especially featuresnot covered by automated tests. 4. Perform other duties asassigned. Requirements - Strong team spirit, communication, andpeople skills. Ability to work collaboratively and help othersimprove results. - Strong analytical thinking and learning mindsetto understand business requirements and identify gaps. -Organizational skills, proactive and self-driven attitude,flexibility, and time management skills to: - Create and maintaintest cases, capturing what should be tested and test automationcoverage. - Track colleagues' work and predict involvement needs. -Prioritize work based on value and risks. - Support multipledevelopers and products on an ad hoc basis. - English proficiencyat least B2 level, to understand written and spoken requirementsand communicate effectively with Product Owners and developers. -Experience in Quality Assurance, confident in your skills andenjoyment of the role. - Ability to work twice a week from theOstrava office. - Fluent in English, both written and verbal.Additional Details - Background Check: Successful completion ofCriminal History, Education, Employment, Driver’s License, andPassport/ID validation. - Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibilityto work in Colombia required; no visa sponsorship provided. -Professional registration in Colombia may be required if role isregulated. - Onboarding Medical: Must undergo an onboarding medicalexamination prior to employment, as per Colombian legislation.Please submit your CV/Resumé in English.
