The Lead Analyst reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Global Operations CTI and will have responsibility for partnering with fellow Global Operations team members and Health Care Compliance Specialists and Officers (HCCOs) and the Anti-Corruption Program Office (ACPO). Cross collaboration with technology and business partners is vital to implement plans for global or regional HCC innovative solutions to support key HCC processes such as third party intermediary due diligence, risk assessment and management, monitoring, transaction management and transparency reporting. Key responsibilities: - First line support for HCC system/solution users - Provides input into the design, implementation and maintenance of compliance-related solutions supporting on a global scale. Knowledge of how systems and technology can be used to solve business problems is fundamental to the success of this role. - Analyzes problems, opportunities, and challenges across HCC-relevant processes and systems, using an understanding of associated compliance risks and underlying business drivers - Partners with HCC team members, as appropriate, to ensure that systems governance and related processes meet internal policies/ guidance and external regulatory agency requirements - Partners with HCCOs, Global Assessment and Consulting Services (GACS)Global Audit and Assurance (GAA) and the Data Science and Risk Management (DSRM) teams on review and improvement of current processes like creation and tracking of Management Action Plans (MAPS), timely action on MAPS and ensuring that key systems are in sync to ensure that audit findings are being actioned appropriately. - Provides quality reviews on the completeness of MAPS data per HCC defined processes and procedures - Enables opportunities for other risk management functions like Monitoring to improve activity tracking and MAP management - Partner with software/development vendors during technology implementation and to promote new features and capabilities. - Helps to maintain SOWs, Purchase Orders, and contract reviews with external partners - Drives day to day business compliance results through implementation of the CTI strategy, across sectors, working closely with HCCOs and Operating Company employees This is not an extensive, comprehensive listing of job functions. Principal relationships: - Global Operations, ACPO, HCCOs, GAA - Partners from J&J; operating companies, CBT, HR - System/Software/Technology Consultants and Vendors **Qualifications** Education & experience: - Minimum of 6 years’ work experience required - Bachelor’s degree required or master’s degree preferred - Experience leading sophisticated systems and related projects is required - Experience in HCC or related compliance/risk management function (Regulatory, Quality, Finance, IT, Brand Protection, HR) is preferred - Multi-functional and/or cross sector experience is preferred Required technical knowledge & skills: - Experience collecting and assessing user requirements, for new and decommissioning systems. - Experienced in implementing, configuring, and maintaining systems - Experience being the first line of support for a regional or global system - Ability to optimally balance multiple critical issues simultaneously is required - Knowledge of Python, APIs and scripting tools - Experience working with Microsoft Office 365, Power Apps, Power Automate and reporting tools like Tableau/PowerBI - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills,
