About The Company Brainscape, a leading AI-driven adaptive learning platform with > 10 million users, is seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to help us qualify and respond to inbound sales opportunities for enterprise and e-learning licenses. About The Position Our chosen candidate will support our sales and customer success processes, assisting a diverse user base including teachers, professors, publishing executives, corporate trainers, and other e-learning professionals. You will work directly with our CRM team to qualify inbound leads and support clients through sales and service processes. This is a part-time remote position with potential for full-time growth (e.g., becoming a full-time Account Manager), and occasional travel for team events. We are targeting native English speakers in North or South America. Key Responsibilities Review and research inbound sales leads for qualification Respond to prospects via various communication channels Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls Update prospect data in HubSpot Sales Pro CRM Identify and suggest process improvements Perform activities such as invoicing, prospect research, utilization reviews, and client consultations to expand Brainscape usage Re-engage with past warm leads Qualifications Extroverted, creative, problem-solver with a solutions-oriented approach Team player with strong communication and organizational skills Resilient, able to handle multiple emails, calls, and meetings Curious, with a keen ability to ask targeted questions Adaptable to different markets and communication tones Skilled at identifying key trigger words to triage leads Proactive in updating and improving processes At least 6 months experience in SDR, BDR, or similar sales roles (preferred) Experience in Ed Tech, especially with schools, test prep, or corporate L&D (preferred) Ability to build and maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities Multilingual skills, especially Portuguese (a plus) Familiarity with CRM, Google Suite, Trello, Slack Additional Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Part-time Job functions: Education Administration, Education Programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
