Be part of our client’s team as an Insurance Claims Analyst , where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring clients receive the compensation they rightfully deserve. You’ll handle claim reporting, verify loss details, and maintain communication with all parties to support accurate processing. If you thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, this role is for you! Your Career at a Glance Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST) Work Setup: Onsite, Bogotá What You’ll Be Doing Report property insurance claims with detailed accuracy. Enter client and claim details into the system, ensuring completeness. Conduct welcome calls to introduce clients to the firm and provide key information. Send follow-up emails to reinforce initial client communications. Gather and verify client contact details, ensuring up-to-date records. Organize and lead conference calls with clients and mortgage companies. Maintain knowledge of legal deadlines and update case files accordingly. Confirm claim details with insurance carriers for accuracy. Draft and document Letters of Representation (LOR) tailored to each claim. Record LOR submission dates and update system records. Obtain and document detailed damage reports from clients. Support additional department tasks as needed. Requirements What You Bring to the Table English Proficiency: Professional level required. Experience in Insurance or Claims Processing: Previous experience is a must. Legal Industry Background: Preferred but not required. Customer Service Experience: Particularly with U.S. or international companies. Work Setup: Willingness to work onsite in Bogotá, Monday to Friday.
