Position Overview We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support our data operations and reporting functions. This role will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to support decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow in the field of data. Key Responsibilities - Collect, organize, and clean large datasets from various sources. - Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities. - Generate regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders. - Assist in maintaining and improving data quality and consistency. - Support QA and performance tracking efforts with accurate data reporting. - Communicate findings clearly in both English and Spanish when needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, customer service, and QA. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. - B2+ level English (ability to understand and communicate technical information in English). - Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. - Basic experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, or Excel Pivot Tables). - High attention to detail and data accuracy. - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. - Ability to work onsite and collaborate with teams in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have (Preferred but Not Required) - Experience in healthcare or medical data. - Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Familiarity with quality assurance processes or metrics tracking.
