About the job: This role requires deep technological understanding, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle. You will work with developers, designers, and leadership to define roadmaps, requirements, and launch impactful products in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Lead product development and roadmap: manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch analysis, including defining user stories and managing backlogs. Translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements, evaluate solutions, and prioritize features based on feasibility, impact, and value. Conduct market research and customer discovery to understand our product’s value proposition. Collaborate across teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure delivery. Ensure timely delivery of quality features, organizing testing and feedback processes. Minimum 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 in a technical role. Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Asana. Strong understanding of microservices, peer-to-peer systems, and JavaScript. Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities remotely. Ability to define, track, and report on KPIs; experience with A/B testing is a plus. Experience with AI and P2P projects is a plus.
