As such, the way in which we bill our clients for our services has grown increasingly complex and our invoicing system must scale accordingly. Your job will be to build a highly flexible and extendable invoicing platform that can address Deel’ complex immediate and long-term invoicing needs. **What you will do**: - Own end-to-end client-facing and back-office invoicing and billing at Deel - Work with finance, product teams and commercial leadership to prioritise invoicing and billing needs across the business. - Become an expert in our invoicing and billing levers, and how this connects to Deel’s business line and platform - Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test-build and post-release - Rapidly create impactful and elegant solutions to specific problems in conjunction with a highly talented team of product designers and engineers - Above all - Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world **What we’re looking for**: - Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a fast pace environment (ideally scaleup/start-up) - Highly proactive and effective communicator - you enjoy and are able to work with a diverse group of people from non-technical stakeholders to engineers - Thrives in very complex, fast-moving and ambiguous environments with little need for specific direction - Thrives at simultaneously executing a mix of short-term tactical product wins and longer-term strategic projects - Has experience: - Delivering highly complex finance and/or invoicing/billing systems - Working with data to drive decision-making - Using APIs & internal tools **Total Rewards** Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
