Senior Client Growth Specialist We are seeking a skilled Senior Client Growth Specialist to manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone with a customer-centric approach and experience in driving adoption, retention, and expansion. About the Role - Owning a portfolio of clients and guiding them through the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal - Developing and executing strategic renewal plans, stakeholder alignment, and outreach initiatives - Maintaining client health scores and prioritizing at-risk accounts using data-driven insights - Fostering adoption and growth by empowering customers to realize value through professional services and product usage - Effective communication and stakeholder management via email, ensuring clear and concise messages - Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams to close feedback loops and resolve customer needs - Mitigating churn through proactive engagement and thoughtful customer journey management A successful candidate will possess experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles within B2B SaaS, with a strong grasp of key metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), churn, and upsell strategies.
