Then we are looking for you and you might well be Kiwa’ s new Regional HR Manager in Latin America! **About the role** The Regional HR Manager role is a new position for Kiwa in Latin America. It will provide both strategic as day to day HR advise and support to the senior management team on all aspects of people management and organisational development. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement local HR policies and procedures to manage all HR matters. You contribute to the overall development of the HR role in Kiwa by participating in and liaising with Corporate HR and your Kiwa and SHV HR network. You are a senior professional who is hands-on, with a strong grounding in Human Resources and Organisational development. Your daily work exists of, amongst others, the following responsibilities: - Organisational advisory role towards senior management including on Kiwa ways of working, organisational design, people culture, employee satisfaction; - To develop and implement HR staff manuals for the different countries where Kiwa is present in Latin America; - To define staff entitlements, ways of working, benefits etc.; - To coordinate recruitment and selection processes; - To develop job descriptions and align the job grading with the Kiwa global job framework; - To advise on terms and benefits and make sure these are regularly benchmarked; - To ensure compliance with laws and best practices; - To coordinate the Performance management cycle including personal development plans; - To work on talent development, training of staff, staff onboarding, retention; - Further implement Microsoft 365 HR (including digital personnel files, registration of leave and absence); - Ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for staff; - Advise on individual cases related to illness, performance, retention; - To perform HR administrative tasks including drafting of contracts and letters, registration of leave and absence, keeping systems up to date, work with finance/payroll etc. **Do you have what it takes?** You can (and dare to) make a change and you are eager to develop yourself. You go about individually as easy as in a team, and you bring a highly developed sense for integrity. **What background you need** For this position, we’d like you to bring these skills: - A recognized HR qualification at bachelor/university level; - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar HR business partner role, preferably in an international organisation; - Strong English skills, both verbal and written; - Preferably experience with working for several countries in the region on HR topics; - Clear understanding of labour and social security laws for at least one of the countries; - Successful track record for setting up and implementing HR policies and procedures; - Experience with HR systems; - Change management & leadership skills, convincing and persistent; - A positive attitude that sees the upsides and brings some fun in times of challenge; - Availability of a minimum of 32 hours per week; - You live and are able to work in Bogota, Colombia; - You are willing and able to travel. **What can you expect from us in return?** As a Regional HR Manager at Kiwa, you’ll hold a challenging position in an internationally oriented, ambitious, expanding organization.
