Over 8 years of experience. -Experience as an Administrator of monitoring tools in Check_MK. -Strong understanding of Moogsoft to streamline incident management as Moogsoft admin. -Proven ability to integrate Moogsoft with other tools such as Check_mk, Solution Manager, ELK, Solarwinds and ServiceNow for seamless operations. -Able to configure Webhooks and rules in Moogsoft to automate workflows and enhance alert management. -AWS certification or hands-on experience with AWS technologies, particularly in CloudWatch and cloud monitoring. -At least 3 years of experience in AWS Public Cloud, with a solid understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services. -At least 5 years of experience in Monitoring and Linux, with expertise in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Solid understanding in Linux handling. -Experience in developing and implementing IT standards, policies, and procedures for system and infrastructure management. -Proficient in Python scripting, for automation tasks and system enhancements. -Experience working with offshore outsourcing organizations, managing remote teams or collaborating across geographies. -Willingness to work in shifts or according to a rotating roster to support round-the-clock operations. Provide support to L1 and L2 resources.
