**Job Description**: **Position Overview**: Under the direction of the Global Data Operations (GDO) leadership, the GDO Manager is responsible for leading clinical data managers (CDMs) and tactical operations tasks within a Data Management Center (DMC). They are responsible for ensuring the consistent execution of quality processes and managing the workload and development of their direct staff. Encourages effective interaction of DMC staff with business partners to achieve common objectives. We are a research-driven biopharmaceutical company. We believe that a research-driven enterprise dedicated to world-class science can succeed by inventing medicine and vaccine innovations that make a difference for patients across the globe. **Required** Education**: - At least B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biological Sciences, or health care related discipline. - English proficiency. **Required Knowledge and Skills**: - At least 2 years’ experience in Clinical Trials An overall working knowledge of the clinical development process or drug surveillance. - At least 1 year in the current role - Demostrate experience in team management for at least 1 years - Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to communicate with both the technical and business areas. - Demonstrated project management, decision making and problem-solving skills. - Ability to establish effective personal relationships across a wide range of business contacts. - Ability to build talent and lead team with influencing skill and development skill. - Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment with flexibility.
