Job Opportunity: Manufacturing Process Coordinator ">"> In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our Flavors operations in Colombia. Your focus will be on coordinating the manufacturing processes for the Sampling area, working at laboratory and semi-industrial scales to guarantee timely delivery of materials according to customer needs. Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading the flavors Sampling area team to fulfill customer requests efficiently. - Developing production plans to meet delivery deadlines and ensure material availability. - Overseeing inventory processes to guarantee their effective use and availability. - Streamlining shipping processes for samples and improving their overall efficiency. - Managing stock levels of packaging materials to optimize delivery conditions. - Contributing to EHS management system activities to maintain a safe work environment. - Ensuring compliance with regulations for sample shipping. Quality & Food Safety Requirements - Collaborating in applicable processes within the Quality and Food Safety Management System. - Leading the standardization and implementation of processes and projects focused on food safety. - Applying operating and food safety procedures, as well as good manufacturing practices, to ensure safe product handling. - Reporting issues related to the food safety and quality management system. - Participating in updating and verifying the results of the food safety management system. Requirements - An Engineering Degree in Chemistry or Foods Engineering is required. - At least 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor/Coordinator in the foods, foods ingredients or chemical industries is necessary. - Experience in foods or foods ingredients production processes and management of hazardous materials is essential. - Knowledge of the main aspects of Quality and Food Safety is necessary. - Knowledge of Quality Management Systems e.g. ISO 9001, FSSC22000 and continuous improvement is required. - Experience in FSSC22000 certification process is beneficial. - Advanced English skills, both oral and written, are needed. - SAP knowledge would be an asset.
