As a key member of Microsoft 365 Core Product Management, you will define the strategy and roadmap for our scalable infrastructure platform. This role focuses on customer self-service automation, Linux workload support, and collaboration with engineering teams. Familiarity with container technologies like Kubernetes is required. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in product/service/project management or software development. - Familiarity with Kubernetes or container technologies. Preferred: - Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years in product/service/project management or software development. - Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. - Curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguity. - Positive, collaborative attitude with a bias for action. - Focus on team culture and contribution to a healthy work environment. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to rapid change. - Experience with software platforms and development processes. - Empathy for developers and customer-centric approach. - Design thinking, data-driven decision making, and analytical skills. - Ability to quickly learn new technologies and build visions for complex areas.
