The Business continuity Analyst will analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, and develop solutions to help the organization improve its performance and reach its goals. Business Analysts are also responsible for gathering requirements, developing specifications and testing software solutions. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Gather information and identify the needs of external users requesting the projects. - Establish action plans. - Prepare requirement documents for developers. - Carry out reviews and validation tests of the projects. **REQUIREMENTS**: - Advanced English is spoken and written (Essential) - Management of Microsoft Office - Experience of at least 2 years in similar positions - Knowledge of the business (optional) - Six Sigma certification (optional) - Possess a degree in Business Administration or related careers.
