Responsibilities The Opportunity: Collaborate in thedesign/planning and manage the control of the GTM of merchandisingfor all channels, leveraged by technological enablers and aimed atimproving processes, as well as the visibility and theexecution/display of the product portfolio at the POS’s. It’snecessary to invest efforts to improve SOM and commercial KPIs,such as sell In, sell Out and stales. The role must activelycollaborate in sales strategy projects aimed at improving thechannels’s productivity and profitability, thus contributing totheir development. Providing insights from data analytics andconstant work with the sales team and with multifunctional areas isnecessary to ensure the effectiveness of the processes and theiralignment with the company's productivity and profitabilityobjectives. Your Impact: As Sales Strategy OT Analyst yourresponsibilities would consist of: - Lead enabler adherenceprocesses within business processes, ensuring their efficientintegration and alignment with the company's objectives. - Manageand maintain enablers, evaluating its impact on the execution anddisplay of products at POS’s. - Design analysis of the informationbased on technological enablers outputs, providing insights thatguide the commercial strategy towards increasing SOM and sales, aswell as reducing stales. - Routing planning and maintenance. - Leadtime and motion studies, as well as carry out analysis through it. - Manage and control the GTM of clients and routes. - Plan andexecute channels’s reengineering. - Develop strategies and trainingto increase the adoption and use of the enabler in the commercialteam, ensuring a high level of adherence. - Collaborate oninitiatives that aim to improve the profitability of the channels,providing analysis and optimization proposals for key sales anddistribution processes. - Monitor KPIs of adherence, sales,execution and others related to the use of the enabler, deliveringperiodic reports and recommendations to the areas involved. -Follow up of daily, weekly and/or monthly sales, stales and GTMperformance related to defined targets. - Business Proposalcreation and follow up. - Planning and deployment of GTMstrategies. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? - BusinessAdministration, Industrial Engineering and related degrees. -Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI). - Analyticaland commercial strategy capacity with previous experience ininformation analysis for commercial decision making. - Knowledge ofcommercial and productivity KPIs. - Self-Management or independencein managing times and processes, with a results-oriented approach. - Planning and organization skills with competence in structuringprocesses and managing end-to-end tasks. - At least 1 yearexperience in business intelligence or support areas forFast-Moving Consumer Goods companies. - Data analysis, projectdeployment skills.
