We are seeking a Regional Director productlead for the Latin American and Caribbean region to oversee productsolutions and P&L; management for our one of our CA&E; Lineof Business: Personalization. This role will be an expert onmanaging Personalization (powered by our Dynamic Yieldcapabilities) and be responsible for ensuring the product is scaledacross the Region. The position will need to have deepunderstanding of the competitive landscape, ensure the productmeets local market needs, and be able to proactively enhance andinnovate the product line by collecting the requirements for futuredevelopment. This position will ensure product meets local marketneeds, deliver the product go-to-market strategy, and partnerclosely with the Commercialization counterparts to ensure that theproduct is a part of the broader solutions portfolio to drive thedesired business outcomes. This position will work closely acrossthe Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business SalesLeads and Account Managers. Key Responsibilities 1. Act as ProductOwner for Personalization 2. Measure value and articulate impact AllAbout You - Proven experience as a product, sales or clientservices leader with a demonstrated ability to drive growth. -Expert in Digital Marketing, having dealt with different Martechsolutions. - Coming mainly from high tech or IT industries, withexperience in dealing with digital retail and financialinstitutions. - Strong business acumen and a track record ofdelivering innovative, customer-centric solutions. - Extensiveexperience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets. -Consultative mindset with the ability to craft compelling,customer-tailored narratives. - Skilled in influencing andmotivating teams, with a vision for unifying sales stakeholdersaround strategic goals. - Expertise in developing go-to-marketstrategies and sales enablement plans. - Recognized as a seniorsubject matter expert capable of navigating complex deals andengaging with executive-level clients. - Deep understanding ofconsumer, industry, and market trends. - Creative problem solverwith the ability to generate “out of the box” solutions and buildalignment across diverse teams. - Growth-oriented and adaptable,thriving in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments. -International and matrixed organizational experience is highlydesirable. - Exceptional networking, communication, andstorytelling skills, with a strong focus on results and urgency. -Ability to work across geographically diverse teams and cultures. -High analytical skills. - Experience in applying data to life cyclemanagement decisions. - Fluent in English, Spanish highlydesirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
