At Revolut, we take that one step further. Our global fintech would be lost without them. They’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone.We’re looking for a results-oriented Tax Manager to lead the process of reviewing and approving product launches and expansion efforts in Colombia. You’ll partner with the business and oversee the build and implementation of tax process control tools across all relevant product areas. We need someone with energy and ideas who’ll tackle any problem and can roll up their sleeves to get involved.What you'll be doingDriving tax strategy and department roadmaps in ColombiaLeading on corporate structure, identifying ongoing and emerging tax risks, mitigating where possibleProviding and managing the provision of accurate tax advice to key stakeholdersImplementing appropriate tax policies and internal control frameworksEnsuring compliance with all regulations and filing requirementsConsulting management on the potential impacts and requirements related to direct tax legislationBuilding relationships with appropriate tax authoritiesManaging and developing tax team members, setting goals and managing performanceBuilding relationships with functional business heads, overseas offices, tax offices, and advisory firms to ensure a cohesive approach to managing tax issuesWhat you'll needTo be a qualified tax professional (ACA, CA, LL.M, CTA, ADIT, etc.), having trained with a large recognised accounting firm or law practiceExperience in a similar role13+ years of experience in a financial services or fintech environment with direct responsibility, direct tax planning, advisory, and structuringExtensive technical knowledge of corporate and international taxExceptional analytical skills and high attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholdersBenefits at RevolutNo ping pong tables or bean bag chairs, just benefits you actually wantGet what you need to succeedFinancial benefits that show we value your workFlexibility to work from home, the office or abroadA free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perksExciting events year-round so you can get to know your teamRevoluters always push through!
